Was recommended by others and I was not disappointed. Better than I expected.
Had looked in a few stores and online for a cool moisture humidifier and most were ultrasonic or warm mist, which really aren't good for you health wise. This Honeywell is exactly what I was looking for, and was lucky to find it while it was on sale. Couldn't find it in the local stores, so glad I was able to buy it on the Honeywell website. It's very quiet and has helped me and one of my kitties with nosebleeds etc. especially where we live there's an extreme drought going on. It runs 24/7.
I bought 3 of them1 for my mom 1 for my man 1 for me. I love mine it's quite I'm sleeping better just wonderful. the plants enjoy it too LOL

Purchased for my baby's bedroom during winter. Had a smaller filters one before this that was not great and I felt like I could never properly get clean. We love this Honeywell one. We noticed a big difference in the humidity level in the room. It's not too loud, but still acts as nice quiet white noise. The best part is the tank can be set down under the sink to fill or on the counter while removing the cap. Product design makes this humidifier easy to fill, operate, and clean. We plan to buy another for our bedroom since we love it so much.

Easy to fill and clean
Haven't had a chance to use yet as I am still using an old Honeywell. Looks like it will be easier to fill and keep clean. I believe this is my current model's replacement. It sounds quieter...which I like the noise as it keeps me from hearing other sounds. The filter that came with it is not very good. Do like Honeywell products
The machine works well in doing its job as a humidifier no problem there. However, its too quiet. I liked the white noise from the old model I had----it was great for sleeping. I've had a little trouble getting used to the quiet operation of this model.

I wanted a small humidifier for my bedroom during winter. This is just perfect. Looks nice, not real big, super easy to use and on the low speed, which is what I want, it's very, very quiet. I love it.

I did a little research before choosing the HEV320 humidifier. My application is for running a humidifier in a small bedroom 11 X 12 at night to control nosebleeds. I determined that an evaporative type humidifier would be best in this small space. I settled on the HEV320B for price, manufacturer's reputation and positive review considerations. I chose wisely. This humidifier keeps my bedroom at close to 50% relative humidity all night running on the low fan setting while using only a half tank of water. This far exceeded my expectations. Time will tell how often the wick needs to be changed, but after several weeks of use I am thrilled with this product. And no more nosebleeds!
Love this little humidifier that operates silently on low. Easy to maintain with weekly cleaning. Perfect for my living space and notice an improvement in my health with less congestion.

Great product. Quiet and economical. They are so much better than the brand name humidifiers from the big box stores I replaced. Also, dealing directly with The Honeywell Store was a great user experience.

- Remove the Tank: Carefully lift the water tank off the humidifier base and bring it to a sink or tub.
- Open the Cap: Turn the tank upside down and unscrew the cap counterclockwise.
- Fill with Cool Water: Fill the tank with cool tap water. Avoid using warm or hot water.
- Secure the Cap: Replace the cap and tighten it securely by turning it clockwise.
- Return to Humidifier: Carry the filled tank back to the humidifier, using two hands for support. Avoid pushing the plunger at the bottom.
- Attach the Tank: Place the tank back onto the humidifier base. You'll hear the water draining into the reservoir.
It's recommended to change the wicking filter every 30-60 days, depending on your water quality and how often you use the humidifier. If you have hard water, you might need to replace it more frequently.
- Remove the Filter: Take out the filter before cleaning. Don't clean the filter with vinegar or any chemicals.
- Fill with Vinegar: Pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the water tank.
- Soak: Let the vinegar solution sit for 20 minutes to loosen mineral buildup.
- Clean: Empty the vinegar and clean the tank, base, and reservoir with a soft cloth or brush.
- Rinse: Rinse everything thoroughly with water until the vinegar smell is gone.
Tip: Consider using a Protec Humidifier Cleaning Ball to keep your humidifier cleaner between deep cleanings.
