We're happy with the Honeywell Advanced QuietSet fan. You hardly hear it when its on any setting. We use it indoors and out. The remote control is good too although we use the manual buttons. It wasn't hard to put together. Delivery was fast and the box came w/o excess packaging, which is a big plus. Thanks!

yes it is quiet, good value for the $$ comes with remote and battery assembles fairly easily my only problem is the hydraulic stand down not work at all.

Great fan. Height adjustable, quiet, puts out perfect air flow. I run very hot and this provides the relief I need without turning AC down. Well worth it. Price is very good.

I ordered what I thought was the same model from Walmart and it was not nearly as good as this one. This one has a big heavy sturdy base, and a metal mast. the retail one has a plastic mast and has a weaker base The controls don't BEEP when you press them unlike the retail version. Very much appreciated. I would lose the giant HONEYWELL logo staring you in the face all day, and make the locking hub something other than RED.

The Honeywell Advanced QuietSet 16" Stand Fan with Noise Reduction Technology delivers powerful whole room cleaning with minimal levels of sound. Noise Reduction Technology incorporates a new aerodynamic blade and diffusion cone design that provides whole room cooling with an emphasis on more cooling power and less noise. QuietSet controls include five settings that will allow owners to manually (or with the included remote) input their sound and cooling options. Auto dimming controls are easily accessible and offer a minimally evasive lighting experience for creating a comfortable and relaxing setting. This Honeywell Stand Fan includes a twist and lock height adjustment feature that will allow owners to extend their fan's height (41"-48"). A removable grille simplifies the cleaning process and will have this noise reduction fan operating at full capacity. The addition of a 1, 2, 4 and 8 hour auto shut-off timer adds even more versatility to a stand fan that offers a surplus of features.
Determining the Height of the Fan
The unique Twist & Lock height adjustment feature allows owners to choose the perfect height for their cooling needs. Simply twist the top pole unlocking the height adjustment feature, pull up or push down to the desired height, and then twist the pole again to lock the fan in place.
