Quiet and efficient. Cools as described and the dual hose system works great
This product definitely cools as intended. A bit noisy/rattle more than we had expected, but with these temps that is a minor issue. I had concerns about delivery and needed to phone customer service, I was so happy to speak to a human AND have my questions answered AND she was extremely polite, all of which are uncommon as of late. Please keep up the good work and human contact.
Has been excellent for us in the summer so far. I appreciate the overall look and display. It's not a clunky unit at all. May consider getting one for my daughter's new home.
