The QuietClean Compact Tower Air Purifier is capable of removing a staggering 99% of airborne particles such as dust, pollen, smoke and pet dander from the air that passes through the filter. Compared to rivaling and similarly sized ionic purifiers, the filter from the HFD-010 is able to capture over 6 times as many pollutants. Installed with a powerful and incredibly quiet fan, the HFD-010 circulates and filters the air in your designated room up to 5 times each and every hour. The inclusion of an IFD filter helps capture airborne particles that are 2 microns or larger in size from the air that passes through the filter. Please be aware that this product contains a built-in ionizer. If you suffer from asthmatic symptoms that can be triggered by the presence of an ionizer, it's recommended that you do not use ionic purifiers. Only pure HEPA filtration (non ionizing) products are recommended.
