Efficient and quiet to hear
I originally bought the big #300 for my tiny house and it's done an amazing job for 400 Sq ft. Then I bought the table top one for my bedroom and it's been awesome cleaning out the dust and allergens....no more problems. When I needed new filters for my # 300, I ordered another table top for my dinning room. I live in Tucson az where it's very dusty. I am very pleased with the performance of all 3 products. I am thinking about buying another table top for my rear shop where I make jewelry. I think that will complete my system. Thank you so much!!!
I want to say I am very pleased with the honeywell tabletop air Purifier. I live in dallas texas and the air and weather has been terrible. This small purifier pack a huge punch, has helped my allergies and sneezing and coughing and has cleaned the air in my bedroom tremendously. The Honeywell HHT270W is rated to clean rooms up to 100 square feet. This makes it a small room air purifier or personal air purifier. However, the actual size of the room that the HHT270W can clean will depend on the level of air pollution in the room.
This model air purifier uses a 2-stage cleaning system to help clean the air that passes through the filter. The first stage is a Carbon Activated Pre-Filter layer that traps larger airborne particles and household odors. The second stage is a HEPA-Type Filter that captures the following microscopic airborne particles: dust, pollen, pet dander, dust mite debris and smoke.
The Honeywell HHT270W has three settings, and the noise level varies depending on the setting. At the lowest speed, this home air purifier is about as quiet as a whisper.
The Honeywell HHT270W comes with a dual action HEPA filter. The HEPA filter should be replaced every 4 months. The actual replacement schedule will depend on the level of air pollution in the room.

The filters may be dirty. High amounts of contaminants can block the pores in the filter and stop the air from moving through it. Replace the Filters. To ensure the unit is performing properly, replace with Certified Genuine Honeywell Filters.
In general, the unit will be most effective when doors and windows are closed. It is recommended that you run your air purifier while you are at home to help clean the air. If desired or conditions warrant, you may run your air purifier 24 hours a day
