Delivered quickly, well priced, easy access to battery case & instructions simple to follow.
The condo has several absentee residents. These water leak alarms are an inexpensive solution to alert about a leak before it becomes a big job to clean up.
I have this water leak alarm by my washer machine and twice it has rung to alert me to the water that was collecting on the floor. I was able to quickly stop the machine and fix the load of wash. I am very happy with this product.
Fast delivery
We only got the order today, haven't had a chance to ck. them yet.
This is an excellent product.
Now remember we were able to test it with a lid with some water and the alarm is loud. Lets hope we never ever have to have it work for real, but happy with the item.

this is the first time I am using them but if they are anything like the one time use alarms I am sure they will be great, putting
I like it, no installation required just add battery.
Just as stated easy to install
Although their price is a bit on the high side they're worth every penny of the peace of mind they so efficiently deliver. Water leaks are no joke and cost hundreds of dollars of damage in your home. I only wish I knew of their existence prior to the damage I had due to a toilet that ran over for hours. Never again thanks to these devices. Thank you Honeywell.
Had 2 water heater leaks not immediately detected, these should be very helpful, order was filled almost immediately.
We received all the detectors before the promised date. They were easy to assemble and place. My only concern is there doesn't seem to be a way to test them unless I expose them to water. Then I don't know how to shut it off
With my new wood floors I feel so much safer now
Tested unit works perfect. Be sure to check battery when there is a time change.
Bought five... under dishwasher, washing machine, toilets, and near water heater. Covered!!!
Only wish I knew this thing existed BEFORE my water heater leaked. Oh well. Now I'm ready for the next time.
Just what we were looking for!

Simply remove the unit from the water and wipe the metal sensors dry. The alarm will stop once the sensors are no longer in contact with moisture.
Under normal standby conditions, a high-quality 9V alkaline battery will typically last about two years. The unit will emit a "chirp" sound when the battery is running low.
Yes. You can test the unit by touching the two metal sensing probes on the bottom with a damp paper towel or a wet finger. The alarm should trigger immediately.
