The filters have improved indoor air quality when it is smoky outside from remote wildfires. They are also effective for reducing allergens like dust and mold. Using the prefilter as well extends the lifespan of the inner filter.

These work perfectly for our Honeywell product. We have used them for a hospice COPD patient who was a dear friend. After his passing we brought the equipment to our home and use it often as we have fur babies that create a lot of hair and dust particles.
